I specialize in content for complex, high-stakes domains—where clarity, accuracy, and tone matter as much as speed. My background spans B2B technology, manufacturing, energy, and higher education, often in regulated or technical environments. I partner closely with product, legal, and executive stakeholders to extract expertise and turn it into crisp, human content that people actually trust and use. I treat writing as craft, systems as leverage, and AI as an accelerant—not a replacement for judgment.
Several of the projects I’ve led—particularly in higher education and institutional environments—are protected by strict confidentiality agreements. I’m happy to discuss these projects in more detail verbally.

- Establishing an effective BYOD mobility policy: A process and template for success. This was made in collaboration with my POC at Samsung. It has since been lightly updated but the majority of the content is the same.
- (White paper) Guide to Going Mobile Only With Samsung Dex, which pairs with this YouTube video series. I was lead/producer on this project. I hired the videography team, found and booked the studio, hand model, wrote and edited the script (with approval from Samsung’s POC), and did troubleshooting during the shoot. I was assisted by Skyword’s internal creative director. I also created the editorial plan and loose talking points for each of the interviews with Samsung executives, and organized the video shoots, which took place in Samsung’s HQ in New Jersey.
